Any outputs generated by the Service are informational only.

Users remain solely responsible for all decisions made in relation to any development project.

Certain features of the Service utilise automated systems, algorithms, machine learning models and artificial intelligence technologies to generate outputs, insights or predictions.

Users acknowledge and accept that:

• such systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate or outdated results

• outputs are probabilistic in nature and may be incorrect

• the Service may rely on third-party data sources which may contain errors

• automated outputs should never be relied upon as the sole basis for decision making

AICHITECT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any automated output.

Users must conduct independent verification and professional due diligence before taking any action based on information produced by the platform.

4. User Responsibility and Due Diligence

Users acknowledge and agree that:

Users are solely responsible for:

• verifying any information provided by the platform

• seeking independent professional advice where appropriate

• conducting proper due diligence

• ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, planning policies and regulations

AICHITECT accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Users based on platform outputs.

5. Planning Prediction Tool

The Planning Prediction Tool provides an automated estimation of planning approval likelihood based on available data and analytical models.

The prediction represents a statistical assessment, not a determination of planning outcome.

Planning decisions are made solely by the relevant planning authority.

Users acknowledge that planning outcomes may be affected by numerous factors beyond the scope of the Service including:

• planning officer discretion

• political considerations

• planning committee decisions

• new policy changes

• objections or representations
